Gorgonzola Butter

Gorgonzola ButterThere are not many things I love more than cheese. Sure I love my family, my friends, my pets and my boyfriend. But then in a very close fifth place, there’s cheese.

I want to put cheese on everything. There are so many different kinds, and each one complements different dishes perfectly.

One of my all-time favorite cheeses though, is Gorgonzola. I could seriously eat Gorgonzola with a spoon, every single day. I hear that’s frowned upon though, so I’ve resorted to sneaking it into some foods.

Gorgonzola ButterTake this Gorgonzola butter for example. I creamed together butter with Gorgonzola cheese to make the most delicious butter I’ve ever laid my taste buds on. I then I dolloped it onto steak and lobster tail to create a meal that made me girlfriend-of-the-year… or at least that’s what my boyfriend said.

Gorgonzola ButterYou can substitute this butter in lieu of plain butter for many different scenarios: on bread, on chicken, on steak, etc. It adds an insanely delicious amount of flavor!

The best part is, you can whip it up in just about 6 minutes! Great flavor and a fast delivery? Sign. me. up.
