You know what I love? A good sandwich. Of course, as a food blogger I really enjoy experimenting with foods, trying new combinations, and creating wonderful dishes. But sometimes, I just need a deliciously simple sandwich that still tastes complicated.
This sandwich fulfills that need. I was inspired to create this sandwich after my boyfriend’s sister ordered a similar one at a restaurant and it just sounded so yummy! I’m so happy I decided to recreate it in my own kitchen, because it honestly is my new favorite sandwich.
First, cut a croissant in half and add sliced deli turkey to it.
Then, add sliced Granny Smith apples. Then, spread Brie cheese on the top of the bun.
Add mango chutney. Any jarred chutney will do, and can be found by the jams and jellies in your grocery store!
Then, dig in! I promise, the combination of the crunchy apples with the creamy brie and the delicious mango chutney is a mixture that you honestly cannot miss out.
Now, excuse me. I’m going to go make myself a sandwich 🙂
