IMG_1465   So your trying to watch your intakes of sweets, that was your new years resolution, right? But I know your still craving something sweet… don’t worry, I have a treat for you, so fast and simple and healthy! Chia seeds are very high in those omega 3’s and yogurt has your good probiotics and protein and with only a small amount of sugar this pudding is one your kids will even love. Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or nut milk of your choice (coconut, almond, or hemp)
  • 1 cup of honey flavored yogurt (I used Noosa)
  • 2 tablespoon of sweetener
  • (you could use maple syrup, honey or I used a simple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, milk, vanilla and sweetener together until smooth and then add the chia seeds until completely mixed. Place in a tupperware and refrigerate over night.
  2. This will allow the chia seeds to become gelatinous and turn into your pudding! Enjoy topped with fresh fruit, cinnamon or just by itself. Warning this is highly addicting!
