I am a girl on the go. I am always on the go as it seems. Running errands, going to meetings, appointments, and trying to get to the gym as often as I can. I am always on the look out for a tasty snack that is filling and easy to carry with me in my purse or gym bag.

Their Protein line is already gluten free but they recently made the change to make the entire LUNA bar line gluten free.

- NO artificial flavors or synthetic preservatives
- Good source of protein and fiber
- Under 200 calories
The second great announcement is that they added a new flavor, Chocolate Cupcake! Who wouldn’t want to try that? I loved this flavor. It was chewy, delicious and cured any chocolate cravings I had.
I am trying to keep up with going to the gym to keep off any holiday weight gain. I keep my bar in my bag for an energy boost before my workout, or to eat post workout when I am ravenous.

Ohhh that looks delicious! I would love to try the chocolate peppermint stick- it’s not something I would normally go for but it’s festive and my son would LOVE them so, even if I didn’t, they would be a big hit in our household.

For some reason, I always thought they were gluten free. My favorite is the Caramel Brownie, but I haven’t seen these flavors yet.
I just had this discussion with my in laws the other day about what they think about Peppermint and Chocolate together. Okay, so that right there is my favourite combo of all time. Ever. We went to a chocolate store and for Christmas, they were handing out chocolates in that flavour, and they gave their samples to me because they didn’t like it! So I’d definitely be buying some Luna bars in that flavour, if I were to see them in stores 🙂 Yummo!
