Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite vegetables, but I realized I don’t have a big variety of ways to prepare them. So I got creative and came up with a new side dish to make.
This Sweet Potato Bake is super simple and uses just a few flavors, but the result is so flavorful! It’s a really pretty dish, too. It’s sure to impress but so easy to make.
Sweet potatoes make a great side because they are filling and packed with nutrition. They go great with so many meals, too. We had this dish with steak shish kebabs and it was delicious!
