I’m not sure how it took me 40 years to try Nutella, but I am so glad I finally did!
If you haven’t tried it before, it’s a glorious hazelnut-chocolate spread that can be used on toast, in baked goods, or simply eaten straight from the jar.
This stuff is amazing and I knew that I just HAD to make something with it for an Easter treat.
First, I thought pancakes, but we have so many eggs ready to go for the morning so I passed on that idea. Dessert it would have to be!
There are soooo many things that I think Nutella would be amazing in…Nutella stuffed cupcakes, Nutella Banana Bread or perhaps Nutella cheesecake, but I decided to go for a classic favorite…fudge.
Fudge has always been one of those decadent desserts that I love and that everyone enjoys. What a lot of people don’t know is that it’s easy really easy to make!
With just 4 ingredients and a few hours in the refrigerator, you can make this dessert in time for dinner and still have time to put your feet up and enjoy a cocktail before the Easter ham gets out of the oven. Enjoy!
Makes: 12 pieces of fudge
Ingredients
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 10 oz Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
