An easy and quick berry acai bowl topped with sliced almonds, berries, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
Hi again! It is Lauren from Lauren’s Recipe Box. I don’t know about you but all of the Valentine’s Day candy and treats have got my body desperately craving fruits and veggies!
I am one of those people that if my food looks pretty then in my mind it tastes better. So it is probably no surprise that I love acai bowls! Sure it is pretty much a smoothie put in a bowl and not a cup but you have to admit it definitely looks more appealing this way 😉 This berry acai bowl is so simple and quick to make. My husband ate this one up!
Start by placing orange juice, greek yogurt, honey, banana, frozen berries (I used a blueberry/blackberry combo), and acai pack into your blender. Blend mixture until it is completely combined and then pour into two bowls. Place sliced almonds, raspberries, banana slices, blueberries, coconut, and chia seeds on top of your bowl. That’s it… I told you it was easy! These are great for breakfast or a snack throughout the day. Enjoy!
