No-Bake Healthy Chewy Almond Granola Bars

Hi hi hi! I’m Christina over at Run Lift Eat Repeat and I’m SO excited to be joining the family over here at My Cooking Spot! One of my goals for 2017 was to commit to always having healthy snacks on hand (at home, in my purse, etc.) for those times you need something to hold you over or you’re just hungry.

Fall has officially arrived! I live in Texas, so it doesn’t quite feel like fall weather yet, but it certainly isn’t summer anymore. As soon as fall arrives, I bring out all of my favorite fall ingredients. Some of my favorite fall ingredients are pumpkin (duh!), apples, pomegranate, pecans and squash. August is not a month people are known to pull out the apron and cook all day in the kitchen. Back to school, end of summer, crazy heat, it all points to “please don’t make me spend over 30 minutes in the kitchen”
