Garlic Aioli

December 15, 2015 By Christina Russell 1 Comment

The perfect dip for french fries or spread for sandwiches. #recipe #garlic #glutenfree #dairyfree

There’s nothing that can elevate a dish more than an amazing sauce or dip.

We had such a surprisingly warm day here in Georgia last week that we decided to grill out. Big juicy burgers, a green salad and fresh-cut french fries were on the menu. The plate was beautiful but I wanted that little something extra to take it over the top so I decided to whip up a quick and easy garlic aioli.

Garlic is one of my favorite foods in the whole world. Not only does it taste amazing, it also has great health benefits. It helps boost your immune system, reduces blood pressure, improves cholesterol levels and contains antioxidants. Yeah…it’s that awesome!

I made this particular aioli as a dipping sauce for the french fries but it could really be used for anything from sandwich spreads to vegetable dipping. Just imagine any food you put mayonnaise on and you can replace it with this aioli.

This recipe takes just a few minutes to make so you can serve right away or place in the refrigerator to get cold before serving. I recommend it cold so it thickens up a bit for dipping hot french fries into…Yum!

This recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free! If you want you can always add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to this recipe to make it a bit richer – the choice is yours. Either way I hope you love it!

So easy and so delicious sounding! I had something like this at one of the fancier restaurants in Decatur, GA. and loved it. Definitely will be making soon!
