There are not many things I love more than cheese. Sure I love my family, my friends, my pets and my boyfriend. But then in a very close fifth place, there’s cheese.
I want to put cheese on everything. There are so many different kinds, and each one complements different dishes perfectly.
One of my all-time favorite cheeses though, is Gorgonzola. I could seriously eat Gorgonzola with a spoon, every single day. I hear that’s frowned upon though, so I’ve resorted to sneaking it into some foods.
