I am so excited to introduce to you a new fantastic product: Mezzetta Everything Spread! These spreads are awesome and I wanted to try them all, and I will. I had some unexpected guests let us know that they would be in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by. I needed to serve them a little something, but I also wanted it to be unique, and delicious of course.

I didn’t have much time, but I knew that I could whip up an recipe that everyone would love!

I had two Mezzetta Everything Spread. I also had some white beans and some baguettes. I decided to make Lemon artichoke and garlic white bean dip and Sun Dried Tomato & Basil White Bean Dip. The main flavor ingredient was from my Mezzetta Everything Spread, Savory Garlic, and Sun Dried Tomato. These dips were unlike anything I have ever tasted! The Everything Spread took each dip to a new level!

White Bean Recipes

Ingredients

Lemon artichoke and garlic white bean dip
  • 1 can white beans (keeping 3 tbsp aside)
  • 1 8 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3 tbsp Mezzetta Everything Spread Savory Garlic
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sun Dried Tomato White & Basil Bean Dip
  • 1 can white beans
  • 3 tbsp sun dried tomato Mezzetta Everything Spread
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place the beans, artichoke hearts, garlic spread, and lemon juice in a mixer or food processor and mix until a smooth paste. While the machine is running, add the 3 Tbs. oil. If needed, add 1 to 2 Tbs. water to get a smooth consistency. I like having the chunky bean texture, after you make your dip, stir in the 3 tbsp of whole white beans (optional.)
  2. Place beans, sun dried tomato spread, lemon juice in mixer and mix until smooth paste. While machine is running, add olive oil and water if needed for smoother consistency.

I want both of them! But if i HAD to pick (do I have to?!) it would be the savory garlic.

We are a household that loves spicy food, so the red hot chili pepper variety would be the first choice in our home.
