Melon, Prosciutto, Arugula & Honey Bites

June 24, 2015 By Cat Elsby Leave a Comment

Melon prosciutto bitesIt’s summer! yayayayay! I’m a summer girl through and through, so now that it’s summer I’m elated. Although, allergies seem to be particularly bad this year, so that’s an uphill battle for me right now. But as soon as those subside, it’s full speed ahead to summertime glee.

These little bites of joy really help with that summertime happiness! There’s something about melon and prosciutto that just makes my taste buds smile. But I decided to take one of my favorite, refreshing appetizers and step it up a notch by adding arugula and honey to the mix.

Melon prosciutto bitesIn my opinion, honey makes everything better. Especially in this appetizer.

The sweetness of the honey and the melon contrasted with the salty prosciutto and the bite of the arugula… yummmmmy.

Melon prosciutto bitesSo if you need a quick appetizer this summer that will blow your socks off, look no further!
