Christmas is my all time favorite time of year. As a foodie it really is the best food of the year in my opinion. Insane amounts of sweets…its just a heavenly season really. So of course I have to share a holiday recipe that I adore. Ginger cookies with chocolate….YUM! They seriously are yum, and very easy to whip together.
Sausage, Red Pepper, and Spinach Soup with Quinoa
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, right? The time of year filled with holiday parties and shopping and trying to get your life in order before the new year begins.
It can be really stressful and cause many people to throw their hands in the air and surrender their healthy habits. Eating out, tossing back a few extra cocktails, and skipping workouts are the norm in December. But they don’t have to be!
Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt
So as you might have been able to tell from my previous posts here, I have a huge sweet tooth. That may even be an understatement. But if I gave into it all the time? It would not be healthy. Double Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
In just 10 days, mothers (grandma’s, aunts, uncles, dads, whoever!) everywhere will be busy making cookies for a man that doesn’t look like he needs any more cookies. But the children in our lives simply can’t take the risk of what might happen if no cookies are left for Dear Ol’ Saint Nick.
