This recipe is so fun, and so cute, it could be made for so many events. Brunch, baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, or so many other ideas!
They are so easy. I made these for Easter brunch, so I used pastel sprinkles. I found the dot sprinkles at Michael’s Craft store. I also grabbed some sucker sticks at Michaels, and some pink and white candy disks that melt.
I wanted my pink to be a pastel pink, so I used 1/4 cup pink candy disks to 1/2 cup white candy disks. If you want your pink (or any other color) darker or lighter, just add more of your desired color until you the color you prefer.
I took a pot of simmering water and placed a glass, heat resistant bowl on top and added the candy disks and stirred until melted.
Stick your sucker sticks into the center of your marshmallow and dip halfway into the melted candy. Sprinkle with your desired sprinkles while still warm and place on plate to cool.
