When the dog days of summer arrive, which I know are just around the corner, some of the cocktails that we usually drink just seem a tad too heavy for the heat. The heat has definitely turned up in Phoenix. We’ve been experiencing a crazy heat wave, like most of the country, all week with temps above 110 every day. With this crazy hot weather, I’m doing my best to stay hydrated. Sometimes though, I need something a little different than water and I find myself craving special drinks during the summer. So I decided to round up some great summer drinks (alcoholic and non) to try out this summer to beat out the heat!
