Breakfast has always been a favorite of mine. Sadly, I have an aversion to eggs, so my options are usually limited for breakfast meals. Luckily, I found my breakfast soulmate: French toast. I’ve spent years eating French toast for breakfast but up until recently, it never occurred to me to combine my favorite breakfast and favorite drink. So, I give you coffee infused French toast.

Fall is almost here! Half of the country is probably getting the luxury of wearing sweaters, scarves and boots and being totally cozy. The rest of us in the southern half of the country are ITCHING to be able to wear some layers and eat and drink pumpkin without feeling totally weird about it.
