Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

December 19, 2014 By Madison Wetherill Leave a Comment

I have a sweet tooth year round, but during the holidays it’s especially bad. There’s constantly something sweet around and it’s usually cookies. So instead of making another cookie recipe, I like to switch things up and keep it sweet, but against the norm for this time of year.

It was made as a random side dish and it was loved so much, that my mom has made it every year since. I even have friends request the dish by name and she will even make it for them when they come to visit during the year.
