Snickerdoodle Muffins

These muffins should seriously be named “Crack Muffins” since they are so addicting. I’m not kidding, they are so good that my husband told me several times to put these on my blog after eating a couple. If you like to get your hands dirty while you bake, these are definitely the muffins for you. You scoop the batter out with an ice cream scoop, small measuring cup, or your hands and place it in a bowl filled with cinnamon sugar. The messy part is covering the batter entirely with cinnamon sugar and putting it in the cupcake liners. Your hands will get a little messy, but it’s so worth it!

Beer Cheese Dip

Beer Cheese Dip | My Cooking Spot

Susannah from Feast + West here with a lovely summer appetizer. Summer is the time of year when eating outdoors is mandatory if the weather is nice. Cookouts, picnics, barbecues… There’s never enough excuses to be outside, forgetting about winter.

One of my favorite summertime activities is drinking craft beers on the patio with friends and watching the sunset and the fireflies while we catch up on our work weeks. An appetizer is always nice too and dips are a quick and easy one that all can enjoy. This easy Beer Cheese Dip is garlicky, cheesy and mildy spicy. It’s a perfect match for these uber soft German Pretzels I shared on Feast + West.

Taco Tuesday is tomorrow, and I wanted to get a head start with this delicious fish taco recipe. I wanted to share today so you could make these for tomorrow.

Actually, this recipe is perfect for today’s meatless monday too. Do these fish tacos look good to you? Because these crispy little fish tacos are actually not fish, this is a new product from Gardein Golden Fishless Filets. They are vegan, vegetarian and not real fish, but tastes just like fish!

I am very impressed with these fish tacos if I don’t say so myself. They were so easy and fast to put together. I just threw my filets in the oven for a few minutes and constructed our tacos for a delish dinner.
