Hello, I’m Cristina from I Say Nomato! Today I’m sharing a recipe that is seriously mind-blowingly delicious! This Double Chocolate Skillet Cookie with Pecans and Salted Caramel is perfect for my fellow chocoholics!

It starts with creamed butter and sugar, as all good recipes do. Then slowly add your dry ingredients, pecans and chocolate chunks. The dough will be very clumpy, but that just makes it easier to mould later on!

Hello, I’m Cristina from I Say Nomato! Today I’m sharing a recipe that features not only tomato and pepper-free salsa (my specialty), but is so easy to throw together!

Mr. Nomato and I lived in the Caribbean for two years, on a tiny, tiny island. There are two things you need to know about this island. One, is that it only has one road. One crazy, terrifying road that I never shifted above 3rdgear on ever because if I did, I would probably die. The other thing you need to know is that this island is covered in goats.

Hello, I’m Cristina from I Say Nomato, and Happy Thanksgiving!

No, you’re not crazy. This coming weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving, which is almost exactly like American Thanksgiving, just without the funny hats. I don’t complain though, it just means I have an excuse to pin delicious Thanksgiving food for even longer!

And really, what is more ‘Thanksgiving’ than pumpkin? It’s so versatile. There’s the classic Pumpkin Pie, pumpkin custards, soups… and now these scones.
