Hey y’all! Stephanie here again. I love a good late night snack recipe. When you’re eating healthy during the day . . . and wine is off-limits during the week . . . you need something to take the edge off. You just need something that feels bad for you. But it can’t actually be bad for you.

Enter: Skinny Cheesecake Dip. I’m okay with having this in my refrigerator waiting for me when I need something sweet. It’s no-bake, it comes together in minutes, and you can make it sugar-free or low-fat, deepening on your preference.

Plus? It’s cheesecake and it’s dip. Dip means you can eat as much as you want in one sitting, right? Endless cheesecake!?!?
