Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

July 30, 2015 By Stephanie Powers 1 Comment

This recipe for Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip comes together in under 5 minutes and is creamy, sweet and packed with protein.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip - a delicious and quick anytime snack!

Hey y’all! Stephanie here again. I love a good late night snack recipe. Lately, I’ve been munching on apples and sharp cheddar cheese or a Strawberry Goat Cheese Toast when I’ve stayed up far too late editing photos or writing my next blog post.  I was sorting some old emails the other day when I came across this Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip recipe I’d sent to myself a few years ago. I knew I just had to make it as my next late night snack and share it with y’all! [Read more…]

I was just minding my own business, doing my own thing, and then suddenly, these M&M’s were taking over. I, of course, was eating them like they were going out of style. You know, as one does.

Here’s the thing: When you have a party bag that has more M&M’s than you’ve ever seen in your entire life, it’s probably a good idea not to eat the entire thing in a week… or even a month. [Read more…]

Homemade Blueberry Apple Fruit Leather

Now that my little girl is a toddler, I’ve gotten really into creating fun and healthy treats for her. As a mom who loves healthy food, I’m trying to teach my daughter to enjoy a treat that is both enjoyable and nutritious for her.

It brings me so much joy to create fun food that she enjoys…from  gummy snacks, to smoothies, to fruit leather. She gobbles up this slightly tangy, sweet and chewy homemade fruit leather.

Think the old school fruit roll-ups you used to snack on as a kid, but so much healthier. I wrap these up in parchment paper and keep them in plastic baggies for quick snacks throughout the week.
